Should have listen to reviews. Ordered a XL got sent a L! Tried to email so I could exchange it a few times . I’m still waiting it’s been two weeks.

I like the hemp hat to wear at music festivals, hiking and the beach. It allows my head to stay cool even on a hot sunny day, but prevents my face from getting overexposed by the sun. Random people often tell me they like my hat.

2 days late for a return

Third time wearing hat, the wire ends of the moldable brim start sticking out just like a wired bra. I keep trying to rearrange the wire but the ends STILL stick out. This happened last week and for some reason I didn't think about returning the defective product. I guess because I love the hat so much and get compliments on it EVERY time I wear it. Then I remembered the amount I paid for this hat and realized, for that amount of money I should get a product that's not defective the third time I use it.

How I found out

My good friend is good friends with one of the guys who sells I've hats at festivals, I have had 2 hats now and i am very happy with the products you folks have! I wear my hat just about everywhere! I appreciate yall so very much!
