Terrible customer service

Emailed and messaged on Facebook multiple times due to order being sent to the wrong address. I never got any response whatsoever. It took 3 days to ship my order. If they would have bothered to respond we could have updated the address. Instead, the order got shipped to a PO Box that I no longer have access to. I doubt I'll be patronizing Sunny Life Hats in the future.
